Rick is a good guy and has been handling my pest control needs for years. Bees, rats, squirrels, roaches, ants, etc. He knows what he is doing and his work is reasonably priced. In the past, we have had a rat or two in our attic, but we had been able to manage them ourselves. This time, however, we were unable to get rid of the rats and needed professional help. Rats were in our attic and in a front and back wall. Thankfully, Rick was able to meet with us the same day we called. He got started immediately. It took a number of weeks to get the problem under control due to the neighborhood rat infestation and a couple of stubborn rats who had their own "winter storage" of pecans in the wall (therefore not interested in Rick's bait). Rick was persistent and finally our problem was resolved. Also included in the service was the locating and closing of all rat entry points and helping us with prevention.
A few words about Rick: He is a professional, knowledgeable, and likable person. He is prompt. He made sure that my dogs were safe and used traps and bait appropriately in order not to harm my own pets and other neighborhood animals. Because our rat problem was so bad, at one point, I offered Rick more money and he refused, saying "A deal is a deal." He even met with my neighbors to problem-solve the neighborhood rat infestation: One neighbor was feeding peanuts to the squirrels--but inadvertently feeding the rats; the other neighbor had rats living in and under her shed (that is why I kept on having the persistent problem). My neighbor hired Rick as well.
I chose Gulf Coast Pest Control because it is a family/locally owned company and because of the positive reviews. I will choose Gulf Coast Pest Control again because of the service provided by Rick. I couldn't have had better service!

We had rats in our attic. Rick took care of the problem.
Rick was very professional and acted quickly to take care of the rats in our attic. The process took a couple of weeks and included getting rid of the rats and sealing our attic so that more rats could not move in. Rick is very professional, hard working and punctual. His work is guaranteed and hopefully we will not have any more problems although this is apparently a common occurrence in the area where we live. We would hire Rick again - he is a good guy!

I was so impressed with Mr. Bell's thoroughness.
We hired Gulf Coast Pest Control to do a termite inspection on a home we were buying, to convert into our new office. Mr. Bell came out and was courteous, thorough and informative. While we were in the middle of the renovation the carpenter ant problems that Mr. Bell identified got so bad, that they were falling on and biting the contractors. So I immediately hired Gulf Coast
Pest Control to treat the home and our office for Termite,
Carpenter ant, Rodent, and Raccoon problems.
Even though the house and office is located in a very wooded area. Mr. Bell and the staff of Gulf Coast Pest Control did an
outstanding job on our pest problems. They have trapped many of the raccoons and a skunk we had on our property, I have not seen any bugs out here for some time now. We hired Gulf Coast Pest Control now for our quarterly pest / animal control maintenance.

Mr. Bell came out to our house to remove a bee nest that I had been tiring to take care of myself for several years. They seem to multiply faster then I could get rid of them. I tried metal flashing, caulk but nothing seemed to deter them. So I hired Gulf Coast Pest Control. Mr. Bell came out on a Saturday evening and took care of the problem for us. He removed 2 big garbage sacks full of honey combs. We were very relieved to have this problem behind us.

Rick Bell did our new home termite inspection.
While looking under the bathtub Mr. Bell observed a large
amount of rat droppings under the tub as well as in the attic. Mr. Bell gave a quote for the treatment and control of the rodents. However, the current owner did not want to use Gulf Coast Pest Control he thought the price was to high. So he decided to use someone else and we were not provided with a warranty. Well after some 7 months of putting up with the constant return of the rats. We had to find some one to take care of the problem. I remembered Rick Bell and Gulf Coast Pest Control. So I contracted them to remove our rats and secure the house from future rat attacks.
The difference between the other company and Gulf Coast Pest Control is like night and day. I would highly recommend Gulf Coast Pest Control.
